MORRO BAY: HOME SALES & PRICE REVIEW FOR 2010

The table above tracks sales of single family residences in Morro Bay and the median price trend by month. Except for the month of June, the median sale price shows prices are downtrending.

Conversely, the number of homes sold ended at a high of 18 in September. Over the nine-month period, it took an average of 111 days to sell a home, and sellers received about 5% less than asking prices.
An update will be posted at close of 2010.

The above data is based on sales of all single-family residences, including mobile homes, condos, stick-built single family homes, etc., in Morro Bay, CA for the period from 2005 to 2009. Data is culled from the Central Coast Multiple Listing Service, and deemed accurate at time of report but not guaranteed.
