CCC Prevails for Now
Here's the update to the Cayucos Del Mar project. At the recent Cayucos Citizens Advisory Council (CCAC) Meeting held on May 2nd at the Vet's Hall in Cayucos, it was unanimously voted that the Council re-visit the project propsal after review of the environmental report. The slight shift in the CCC's favor is hopeful, as the CCAC's recommendations will be seriously considered by the County's Board of Supervisors. It appears that the residents' outcry against the project has urged the CACC to re-consider. As of end April, the CCC has garnered over 800 signatures to petition against the project.
